Each challenge is the construction of a three-dimensional model of the city. Try to place sixteen skyscrapers on the sixteen corresponding squares of the board. You will not have to worry about piles of documents and permits. You'll do it right - you can run for mayor, if you make a mistake - you'll have to call in a demolition crew.

"utopia" consists of fifty challenges divided into two construction phases. Each phase has five difficulty levels, its own rules and hints to help you discover the solution. The first phase resembles the popular sudoku. The second phase is more difficult and forces you to concentrate more. All challenges can be solved based on logic, combining the information provided and those that are discovered during construction. If the construction is prolonged - do not panic. Complete solutions are provided in the booklet.
