Dr hab. Tomasz Wnuk-Pel is affiliated with the Linnaeus University in Växjö, Sweden (Centre for Management Accounting Research - CMAR).

In addition, he is a member of the European Accounting Association and a member of the board of the Asia-Pacific Management Accounting Association.

Dr hab. Tomasz Wnuk-Pel is also the Vice-President of the Management Board of the consulting company TG RaFiB Sp.zo.o., which since 1990 has been specializes in the design and implementation of modern management accounting and controlling systems, and the author or co-author of projects of cost accounting and management accounting systems for thriving manufacturing, service and commercial companies.

He also conducts closed, often multi-stage, proprietary training in the field of modern methods of cost accounting and management accounting, e.g. for companies: auditing ("big four"), IT, pharmaceutical, construction, telecommunications, financial, FMCG, energy and fuel, production in various industries and government institutions.
